hooray!! lionel has finally done something with my favorite diesel. it’s been a long time coming. the particularly interesting thing about this usage is the polar railroad theme. this theme has not had a successful new direction like forever.
THE ONLY THING that could improve this ALCo FA is to make it remote control. I’LD BUY as many different frequencies as would be offered; that’s how much I like the 10″ long diesel. I missed the TMCC version a few years back. I run o-27 (short) rolling stock also.

Its a emd ft. Not a Alco fa. The fa has a single headlight, no portholes and a different basic shape.

It’s a EMD FT, not an ALCO FA. Notice the rounded nose and 4 portholes?
